      I had a PVC fence installed by Hercules Fence on 8 Jun 23. A week later I noticed that the top bar on a section of the fence was not connected to the adjoining post. I walked over to examine the bar, I was able to slide the bar across the top of the and I thought, "Its nothing all secure." A few days later I noticed that it again disconnected. I walked the length of the fence to examine each section and I noticed that another section, a much larger section was disconnected, and again I was able to slide the bar over to secure the section of the fence. I also noticed that the fence door nearest the road was not latching if I did not slam the door shut, connection not aligned properly. I had to lift the door to align and pull closed.

      I immediately went inside to call Hercules Fence. I made the call to the Norfolk office, and I was asked to call the Newport News/York town office since they were the ones to handle the job. I called the office and there was no answer, so I did leave a message (10/9/23). I was a holiday, so I called back the following day to make sure that they had received the message. The receptionist assured me that the message was received and that she had notified the person that handled the job (********). She informed me that ******** would either call me back or have someone else to contact me.

      It has been over a week, and I have not heard from anyone with the company.

      I'm still waiting for the company to come and repair the fence.  No resolution has been made.
