    Would avoid this company!
    For our brand new home there have been numerous issues that should never have happened. We had to replace the main AC coil and pump in the upstairs unit within the first 2 years. We've replaced a plank on the back deck because it was rotten and falling through. We have to repair the back door because it's rotting from not being properly sealed. The front step was rotting and has been repaired. The hand towel racks and toilet paper rolls holders were placed in bad positions (too far away, in the path of drawers, too low to hold towels) and all had to be moved. The kitchen light was improperly installed and fell out of the ceiling when it was cleaned (my wife caught it so it didn't hurt our daughter). We've had to seal multiple holes in the outer walls because gaps were allowing in insects, air, and some water causing damage. Fixtures like lights and fans are obviously misaligned in the ceiling so there's no symmetry. Large gaps in the trim along the baseboards, countertops, and cabinets had to be fixed. The light switches were inconsistently wired so that different switches do different things in each room. The tubs were improperly installed so that don't make full contact with their supports causing them to creak and pop as they expand and contract. The front porch concrete pad was poorly graded and water pools and sits instead of drains (same for the driveway).
    We've only been in the house for 5 years and I'm shocked by all that we've found. And I honestly wish the issues were just with our house, but many of the projects completed on the street have reported similar poor quality (some of which required insurance claims, structural failures, and very high costs to repair). I can't account for things outside of our house and I realize many of OUR issues are relatively minor, but overall, I would use extreme caution buying from this company. At the very least, have your own independent inspector review it before you make a purchase.
