    I contracted ****, owner of Johnny Lyd's Custom Creations, in May 2022 to add epoxy to my wood slab and table legs in order to create an epoxy river table. I had provided him with a planed table slab and the legs from purchased from other vendors.

    **** made promises to his quality and capabilities. We exchanged photos of competitor products and his products and discussed my expectations and he assured me that he would deliver "phenomenal quality." Because I had already purchased the legs and wood slab ******* and shipped them to him, he only had to provide epoxy, labor, shipping, and incidentals. His quote placed the total around the upper end of competitors. He took a deposit of ****** in May 2022. He intended to deliver in the Summer but fell behind and delivered an unfinished and unacceptable product Nov 19, 2022.

    When delivered and installed the table was warped. It cups and is nearly an inch raised from the center on the end. The table does not lay on its frame because it is warped and could not be bolted down on all points. I was not provided with additional bolts for the other points.

    The epoxy is over-poured and needs a massive amount of work/grinding/sanding to make flush to the wood.

    The epoxy river is transparent and 3 distinct layers can be seen along with layers of cloudy mini-bubbles, debris, and 37 gnats when it was supposed to be clear "like glass". Fixing this will literally require that the epoxy be removed entirely and redone. Additionally, the epoxy all around is marred with drips, spikes, bubbles, ripples, and otherwise unfinished.

    The wood is not well sanded. He promised an intense heavy to fine grit sanding routine but ther are rough plane marks in the wood indicatingnit was not properly sanded. It was oiled but the application was not consistent.

    In my home he surprised me with a bill *** higher than the top of his estimate and way over competitor prices. He would not send me a lonk to pay and demanded I pay him before leaving my home
