I was very, very satisfied with The Painter, Inc.
From the beginning of the estimate to the completion of the project, I could not have asked for better.
Robert did my painting and he was excellent!
Thank you Robert for the perfection job.

The quality of work does not match the quantity of what was paid. Many mistakes were made, job was incomplete and had to be addressed several times. Painters removed closet doors from bedrooms and hallway during work to paint and left them on the floor without putting them back on. Attempted to contact to have crew place the doors back on, but never got a response after I made final payment. After an initial review the company sent an email advising the contractor, Ivan never received a response from me. This was obviously a lie for the simple fact I contacted Ivan Via text about the closet doors and thanks to ****** read receipt was notified the message was indeed reviewed the same night I sent it. (Save and document your messages with this company) Ivan contacted me back Via text and avoided taking any responsibility for the mishap. My family decided that we no longer feel comfortable having this company’s workers have access to our home due to the lack of integrity. We emailed the company back with our documented conversations and complaint with Ivan and requested a refund for the closet doors that were dismounted and painted by the work crew. Never got a response back, but hey they mailed me brownies in a thank you box. Also, the closet doors were missing parts and brackets were bent that were mounted into the frames. To put things into perspective, I paid ****** for the work to be done on my home. You expect quality work with those prices. Contact was finally made with the owner, Gabriel. To keep things simple, I requested for the reimbursement of the closet doors and work done on those doors. It was ten closet doors in total. We received an email that a reimbursement of ****** dollars would be mailed to resolve this issue. The only thing that was asked of us was to adjust this review to reflect it was resolved. I am happy to update that we did not receive any reimbursement in the mail and this matter was never resolved.Showstopper Painting

We completed the project in October of 2023, and the final inspection was satisfactory, except for the folding doors. The carpet crew asked that we leave them off so that they could facilitate their work. As a result, we complied and left the doors, and accounted for all of the hardware.
Mr. ******* communicated with Ivan over the weekend however, posted an unfavorable review only one business day later, despite Ivan's assurance and attention to the complaint.
Our owner, Gabriel offered a refund, but the client declined because the project was completed. Unfortunately, Mr. ******* has persisted in periodically reposting this negative review.

We were able to have a wonderful experience today with The Painter,Inc at our home. Daniel Jeter was very professional and broke everything down to us where we automatically knew this was the company we wanted to use and would trust in our home. I will definitely be telling people about this company! The owner of Painters Inc, Gabriel, and his team of painters did an incredible job on our interior. Gabriel was very knowledgeable, fair, and a tad emotional. I think that’s what made him so pleasant to speak with. He really cares about his customers and it shows. Bacu and Hector did a great job on our dry wall repair and painting job. We made changes and additions and they took them all in stride with patience and got them done with great results. Bacu made a great plumber recommendation when we hit a snag so he pays attention to detail to keep the project moving.Showstopper Painting

Gabriel and the whole team are fantastic people! Their dedication to the job shines through in the final result. Based on the amazing work that I saw first hand in a commercial setting, I recommend them to my Niece and her husband who just bought a house that need exterior work desperately. They reached out to Gabe and the team in Williamsburg, and within days the project was set and ready to go! With a baby coming, they were thrilled to get the job started so quickly, and the end result was exceeded their expectations. The wood sided house from the 70s was transformed into what looked like a brand new home! I can't recommend Gabe and the team at The Painter, Inc. enough, and we will be sure back for cabinet and interior work as well!Showstopper Painting
