      I am a current resident at one of the cols Ohio properties I was very pleased with the service I received from the district manager Alex. I had been having maintenance issues for a very long time, some since the time of move in. I had been going back and forth with several different people. Finally, yesterday I was directed to contact the district manager via email. Within 15 mins Alex contacted me back via phone and came up with a solution. In 15 mins she was able to help me and fix the problem. She was very kind and compassionate. Today some of my problems are already fixed and others will be fixed by tomorrow. I am very happy and pleased with the service that she provided. Thank you Alex!

      Predatory Property Management Company.
      Ignore property repairs. On-site office staff are incentivized and make bonuses for repairs that are NOT made or done CHEAP.
      I have lived at River Lodge Apartments in Fort Worth - this management company will suggest you move out if you request a repair - this is retaliatory.
      The company deletes repair requests and says they never received them. They have a skeleton crew maintenance people on purpose - to claim they are so busy they can't keep up. Scam.
      You HAVE TO CALL CITY CODE to have repairs made. That process takes months.

      My mother intended to rent from the property management company at 200 Braehill Apartments, but her plans to move in fell through, leading her to request a refund. Since December 12, 2024, she has been waiting for it. She was informed that a check was issued on December 16th, but no estimated arrival time was given due to the staff's lack of information. In January, she was told several times that they were in touch with the finance department to request a reissue of the check. She was then informed that the person handling it was out of the office due to illness. The office manager mentioned that she personally paid for overnight shipping and promised my mother would receive the money by Tuesday. However, Tuesday came and there was still no reimbursement; the manager suggested she emailed the person in charge and assured her the check would arrive by Thursday. When she visited the office, she learned that no check had been received, and the office manager dismissed her claims, speaking to my mother in a rude and condescending manner. The staff displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism; my mother had to drive there because they were unresponsive to her phone calls. The employees in the office could greatly benefit from additional training. No matter how knowledgeable someone may be, lacking emotional intelligence can ruin the customer experience.

      They charged my bank once **** for….?????? It showed up as “ POS DEBIT- 9 PYL*HARBOR
      GROUP- ********** VA” I ******* them and the phone number and this company showed up.

      Last week I left several AI text messages (only format available) at the ********* *******, GA to find out if they had 1st floor or elevators and a unit available for December. AI couldn't answer. I emailed and by then I had submitted $*** application fee. After conversation with Courtney I was informed only buildings 2 & 5 had elevators and the Madison I had chosen wasn't available in December. Courtney wasn't sure if there's a wait list. I'm disabled and have Housing Choice Voucher. Being on a limited income I requested my fee to be refunded. Upon speaking with Joselyn I was refused a refund. Please reply to this message. ASAP, as I need to continue to seek Housing elsewhere. Thank you.

      Property management followed company protocol. It is clearly stated during the application process that "All applicants must submit a non-refundable application fee."

      Harbor Group Management took over our apartment complex 15 days before we moved out. They then improperly charged us a full month's rent instead of the pro-rated 15 day amount, told us we only had to pay for 15 days, and served us a Notice to Vacate for unpaid rent (despite our agreement with the property manager about paying the correct pro-rated amount). We finally got that resolved and moved out... and still have not received our security deposit. I have reached out via phone and email over 30 times in the past 45 days, and we still have not received our security deposit. Before moving out we were told we have to pay for the apartment to be professionally cleaned in order to receive our full deposit back, which we did. They then told us afterwards it had to be with a certain cleaning company, and then they said they want to charge us a cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee that would take up most of the deposit. I told them I would be disputing this, given none of these "requirements" were listed in our lease; the property manager assured me I would receive a call back on 10/02/2024 so this can be processed and completed. Per typical Harbor Group Management fashion, I have yet to hear anything back and no one is returning my calls. This company is a joke and likely participating in illegal and deceptive practices. Please avoid living in ANY property that is owned by then.

      AVOID AT ALL COST... This was by far the worst apartment I've lived in and I just lived there for a month. One, avoid it all at cost if you don't want to deal with a serious roach infestation. Secondly, office staff is unorganized and the property manager, Dan is the most unempathetic corporate greed of a monster. My apartment had so many problems just walking into but the roach infestation was beyond livable. The dishwasher fell out and there was trash under it and dead roaches the FIRST DAY! But according to Dan we had to give them a chance to fix it. This is something that should have been fixed before moving in. Forget about talking to anyone in corporate about this issue either. They'll direct you back to Dan's boss who never responds. We literally payed for the worst experience of our lives. We had to unpack and repack everything to make sure we didn't bring roaches to our next place. Had to get rid of property. After all that, they still never apologized. Maintenance was the only one who actually felt bad but they also had to come in and deal with it.

      In moving to this complex, they placed me in a unit that had cockroaches. I asked for a different unit and it was not move-in ready. I was told all fixtures would be made ASAP. It has been a year and many of the fixtures have not been fixed. I am given excuse after excuse. There is a strong smell coming out of the a/c unit. I requested a new filter. It has not been replaced. The maintenance crew marks completed in my account although many things are not completed. The carpet was not professionally cleaned. There are dust clots on the ceiling. For someone with allergies, this is not a healthy environment to live in. We had to shower at the gym for a week while they tore out the walls so we had running water in the bathroom. I'm highly disappointed in a complex that was recommended to us.

      DO NOT COME HERE. My husband passed away. I'm leaving the apartment. They wouldn't do a walk through. They took the time to tell me about why they couldn't at that time. Telling Mr I have to wait until 2. I got my last items in the car, food and all. 5 min walk through and she took that long to bow out. Laziest Ungodly people. Didn't even tell me that they are sorry for the loss of my husband. Despicable people.
