    This contractor Mr. Angel ******* owner of the business (AF Construction) misrepresented his company's capabilities for residential interior work, never provided requested purchase order receipts for materials, kept a check written for the work over 2-months and his family personnel are incapable of performing the required work per the proposal/work order/contract.

    Mr. Angel ******* owner of the business (AF Construction) purposely wrote "change orders" to go far above the stated budget, has very poor business communications skills, never completed the 3- bedrooms upstairs and only 1-bathroom upstairs after 2.5 months and nearly ******* which is unacceptable by any standards or norms.

    His personnel which were to work 5-days per week only worked 2-days per week in the month of July 2022 and took advantage of my brother who has challenges & receives *** while I traveled. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY.
