    Company was hired by local power company to cut around power lines. While cutting the power line going up my driveway and into the yard, they rutted up my driveway and part of the yard. They also destroyed my water house. They did replace the water hose after I contacted the power company about these issues. They have done nothing to fix the driveway or yard.

    Xylem Tree Experts strives to provide a public service to communities by conducting utility line clearance work that allows electricity to safely travel to residents’ homes. Our team takes great pride and care in their work—being able to help our customers, the local electric company, and ultimately their customers (including this individual claimant).

    In the pursuit of our mission, we cleared vegetation in accordance with our customer agreement. The individual claimant was not our customer, but the services we provided benefited them as well as the entire community. We have been in contact with this individual claimant regarding his concerns. The General Foreman for the area has been informed of the situation and has plans to return to the property to repair the alleged ruts before the end of the week. As the individual claimant noted, we have replaced the water hose that was damaged.

    They ran over tongue on my trailer with skid steer (pictures) and said they reviewed my claim and are not responsible, now I have to take legal action

Our records show that we paid to replace the part, and our Regional Manager personally repaired the damage alleged in this complaint.

    On or about July 10, 2023, A Xylem Tree Service crew trimming branches from the power line in front of my house, * ***** **** ****** ********* *** dropped a limb on my mailbox and damaged the gas lamp that sits atop it. I was told by a man named Rex that Xylem would pay for the repairs. He told me to contact Jeffery ******* about it, another employee of Xylem. I have since made the repairs (by *** ********** ********* ** ***** ****** **) to a cost of $******, and been in contact with Mr. *******. On more than one occasion he has said he is coming to the house to reimburse me and has always failed to show. Essentially, he has refused to pay me and we are now 2 months past the original incident. I expect to be reimbursed for the cost of repair. My next stop will be a ***** ****** ****** ************
