    Avoid Trinity Pre-Owned Auto Sales: They Sell Lemons and Hide the Truth!
    We bought a **** *** *** ******* *n May, thinking it was a reliable car with a clean ****** report. In just six months, it’s been in the shop 5-6 times, including a full transmission replacement.
    When we tried to trade it in, we discovered it had been in a major accident with severe structural damage and was sold at the auction —something Trinity never disclosed. This wasn’t even on the ******, meaning they knowingly sold us a defective car.
    The dealership denied their responsibility. The owner’s solution was to buy the car back for $************* less than what we paid. Deceptive untrustworthy, and unethical doesn’t even begin to describe their practices.
    Their business model? Sell cars way over their actual value—vehicles that were auctioned after accidents and structural damage.
    STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

    Hi Olga Trinity is sorry that you are not happy, at no point is that our goal. The problem is your review is full of lies. Th* ****** report nor the ******** auto check report list any accident whatsoever. The auction can list a car any way it wants and that information was disclosed to you. The disclosure was initialed and signed by the buyer , full disclosure of all information was provided. The only time Trinity was contacted about a repair was after the warranty had ran out. Trinity extended service above and beyond by paying for the transmission install. The vehicle was delivered to your home after repairs were completed and then bagels were dropped off by your family in appreciation for Trinity's efforts. There was never any other issue for repairs brought to the attention of Trinity. It is always valuable to receive informative feedback but not when it is riddled with lies. Please know that we are here for you not against you , no matter how many discrepancies there are in your review. Olga please note that both ****** *** ******** auto check have been reviewed and neither one has any accident listed at all. If it would help, Trinity will happily send both reports to you. Please let us know if that is what you wish. Have a happy holiday and God bless you. This was the response to her ****** review. Olga is not the actual customer she is the spouse. We have received four google reviews from her, her husband and two friends. The ****** *** *** ******** Auto check show any accidents. The customer signed and initialed  the fact the auction listed as structural when sold to Trinity. Trinity sent a copy of that form and the ****** and Auto check to the customer.
