- Customers are permitted to reschedule a course one time within 90 days and HPi Certified Training Academy reserves the right to reschedule a course as deemed necessary to ensure the safety and integrity of the curriculum. In order for us to adequately plan time and resources for courses, we ask that if you need to reschedule, that you do so prior to 24hrs. before the course. Failure to do so, will result in a $25 fee in order to reschedule. Customer must call our office at (804) 486-5100 to reschedule a course. No Shows; failure to arrive for a scheduled class within 15 minutes of start time will make customer ineligible for rescheduling, refund or certificate.
To avoid a $10.00 certificate reprinting fee, when registering for a concealed carry class, you must use your full legal name as it appears on your driver's license. By completing registration including payment signifies customer agreement with these terms. - Business Categories
