    We had a broken window and a stress crack in a second window both of which were located on the second floor. I chose Ace Glass because of the outstanding job it had done for me in 2015. At that time, we had lived in our house for 19 years. All of our windows are wood and we had experienced a number of broken seals which required replacement. We were completely satisfied with the entire process from the thorough estimate to the completed project. We had estimates from other glass companies, but the estimate by *** was the most thorough. My review is based on 2 jobs that Ace completed for me that spanned an eight-year time period. The customer service and the quality of the workmanship in both jobs were excellent. It is easy to understand why *** was voted the #1 glass company in *****************'s "R-Home" Edition every year from 2018-2023.

    Replaced glass in 2 French doors. Workmanship and customer service excellent. Excellent communication with office staff and technicians who came to house. Showed respect for outside and inside of house. Cleaned windows and vacuumed area when job was done.
