I was in my car sick. The police saw me. They called the ambulance. They took me to that hospital. While the paramedics were there; they said that they were going to do blood work; labs; X-rays. The moment the paramedics left; they kicked me out of the hospital. They didn’t give proper care. I asked them to send me to another hospital and I needed to be seen. Chest pains arm pain; back and other issues. I had a rotator cuff tendinitis; chest pains; and other issues in which I’m seeing Drs and therapy for this now. I found out because I later was taken to another hospital I was also give 4 nitro glycerins and aspirins. I felt that my health was at risk and others. I couldn’t drive at that moment. If I got in my car and drove off like that I’m putting myself and others on the road at risk. They kicked me out in 20s weather late at night; really sick. They called the police.

I received collection notice from ****** ********** ****** on the behalf of Western Virginia Reg. Emergency Physicians LLC that apparently not available by phone to discuss my concern. I received a ridiculous bill for a 5 minute visit with a Nurse Practioner. They have billed my Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Insurance but are not satisfied with what my insurance paid. Stay away from and ER using the ER Phy. Group which I sure all ****** facilities use. Their charges are outrageous.

I presented my insurance at time of service - YET this says PRIMARY SELF PAY NO INS. I have read a LOT of BBB complaints about your company and after trying your xxx-xxx-xxxnumber and getting - we are unable to assist because it was a bill from the doctor (EMBCC) - AGAIN I PROVIDED MY INSURANCE--AND PAID MY CO-PAY AT TIME OF SERVICE--it is not my job to make certain that Doctors YOU employee are paid.. To further aggravate the situation- this is the FIRST bill I have received from you and IT SAYS PAST DUE on this your website. I MOST DEFINITLY DID PRESENT MY INSURANCE! and I most definitly will DRIVE PAST EVERY BALLAD HEALTH FACILITY TO AVOID YOUR SERVICE!
