    Based on my experience, Ridgid Tools' Warranty Claims are virtually non-existent. I submitted a claim through *************, an authorized service center for Ridgid in ***********, ** in April 2024. It is now September 12, 2024 and this claim still is not resolved. The claim was for the following Ridgid Tools: Trimmer, Skillsaw, Battery.After nearly 6 weeks, Ridgid (and Battery World) partially resolved the claim by sending a Trimmer. Nearly four months later, I called Ridgid Directly regarding my Skillsaw. A Recorded call can confirm that their service center NEVER submitted the claim. This was partially resolved late August/early September 2024.On that same call, I discussed with them the battery. I still have not received my 8 amp battery. This week, I emailed ***** at Ridgid on August 8 regarding my battery. On August 14 at 11:11pm, her email stated the following: "Please let us know if you haven't received your item from the service center after ***** business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We appreciate you!" She emailed me from the following address: ridgid at **************************************."Once again, I have been MORE THAN PATIENT and now a month later (September 11) I emailed ***** to follow up. She replied on September 12 that she needs the battery and serial number. I GAVE ALL OF THIS TO THE SERVICE CENTER. DID SHE EVEN REVIEW THE NOTES AND MY FILE TO SEE THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE APRIL 2024?I NEED MY BATTERY. IN ADDITION, SINCE YOU AND RIDGID AND BATTERY WORLD HAVE IGNORED TO PROGRESS MY CLAIM, IT WOULD BE VERY NICE TO HAVE A SECOND BATTERY AS A COURTESY FOR MY PATIENCE AND MY TIME.The tone of this rating is tp emphasize that nearly 6 months later I am dealing with a Ridgid Warrranty issue. I would not advise dealings with Ridgid due to their warranty performance, based on my ************* claim was also discussed with Princess on August 8. I followed up about battery August 13 to her address at princess.*********** at **************

    My tool was received returned under the *** on 11/02/2023 and delivered on 11/06/2023. On 11/21/2023 I received an email stating the tool was being replaced. On 1/03/2024 I received an order confirmation number meaning that the ok has been given to replace the tool. On 1/11/2024 I received an email stating the tool has been shipped tracking number would soon follow. As of today (2/082024) I have no tracking number much less a tool. I have been told over the phone twice it should ship by Friday and at least three times it would ship in ***** days. Ridgid *** is a black eye to the ******************* The local store cant do anything and it does no good to call the phone service center number.

    I have been a Ridgid Tools fan for years. I have 3 of my tools in a lousy shop for over 100 days waiting on repairs. Ridgid nor the shop is giving me an ETA on repairs. They are saying the parts are back-ordered. I'm not sure how 3 different tools all have back-ordered parts. The customer service center is so awful and careless I will NEVER buy another product of theirs based on that **************** Agreement they say they have. I hope someone at the upper level of management gets in touch with me or looks into these issues. Dear Ridigd, you completely lost my business and faith in your products based solely on your customer service. The ********************** are good quality but HORRENDOUS customer service and service center experience.

    I purchased a Ridgid 15 Amp Corded 10 in. Heavy-Duty Portable Table Saw with Stand, model R4513, from ********** 3 1/2 years ago. It came with a lifetime warranty. The saw blade has gotten out of adjustment and is no longer 90 degrees to the table. I really haven't used this saw that much so to me, it's odd that this happened. I certainly haven't abused it. I've maxed out the adjustment and it won't go any further. So time to have it fixed. After checking Ridgid's website, warranty work can be done by **. I took it to the ** only to find they have at least a 4-month backlog of warranty repairs Hmm. Called another ** and they don't do warranty repairs. Found an authorized service center on Ridgid's website. They too are backlogged with repairs and couldn't help. I called Ridgid's customer service. That automated phone took me right to some promotional survey that I couldn't get past. Hung up and tried again, but got the same survey that I refused to answer. After pressing 0 umpteen times I heard something about my cable **** being too high (huh!?), and I hung up.Bottom line...I have a table saw that won't cut straight. Maybe I can get it fixed months from now. Won't ever buy a Ridgid tool again.Caveat emptor.
