      I accepted a contract with Mikes *********************************************** dated August 25, 2022, to replace the glass in the front door of my house. A company employee measured the glass replacement area on August 23,2022. The first appointment to install the glass was September 26, 2022. The technician removed the five small glass panes completely from the frame and then informed me that the glass would not fit into the frame. He said the measurements were not correct and that the company needed to reorder the glass from another company.The second appointment was scheduled for October 6, 2022, between 10 10:30 am, which is the date of this complaint. The company representative called me at 9:56 am to inform me that there was an issue with the installation and the company would need to reorder the glass.I informed Mikes *********************************************** to refund the advance payment to ************ Landscaping in *******, ********. ************ accepted full responsibility for the cracked glass and paid for the glass replacement in advance. ************ provided excellent lawncare service throughout the season. **************** assured me that he will still pay to have the glass replaced. He recommended another company based on his experience with glass replacement.I would not recommend Mikes *********************************************** for any glass replacement service. Two opportunities to measure for glass area was not done correctly and the company failed to inform me (the customer) of the problem in a timely manner. A ten minutes call before the scheduled arrival time is unacceptable and unprofessional.
