    The slab is not smooth or leveled per our contract. The state that our property was left in after everyone left is disheartening and unacceptablethe grade around the slab is not feasible and unless addressed will cover the slab in mud at the first heavy rain, we are left with a huge mound of dirt on our property, our childrens playset is covered in concrete and mud, our yard is destroyed, our driveway is severely damaged and has dried concrete on it in many places, there are multiple patches of spilled concrete in the grass, and they washed tools off over our gas tank, which now has concrete residue all over it and potentially inside. They washed out the concrete on the outskirts of our treeline which is visible. Our contract states if a claim is filed within 7 days of completion (it was filed the next day) we can request a refund. He has stopped responding to us and has not acknowledge our request. They never came back to finish the project or even address concerns.

    We contracted with this LLC company to do a concrete slab for a metal building . Upon completion it was found to be 7 out of square and almost that amount out of level.As such we cannot put the metal building on this slab and it is nothing more than yard art .I did find out later that he has let his LLC lapse as well and that he was not licensed to pour concrete . He has also after many many requests to send me our signed portion of the contract . I want the public to be aware of this and not use them for any slab work . My husband and I are in our mid 70s and they didnt even. Come back to clean up the mess or strip the forms off the slab . It has taken us three days to do it . This treatment and lies are completely uncalled for .I just want the signed portion of the contract as there is nothing further the owner can do at this point .
