(Using Google Translate) On 11/14/2022 I purchased Cronus Zen Mega BUNDLE - PS5 CONSOLE ONLY! through the website ******************** My order was sent with the **** tracking code **************************** The order arrived in my country and was refused by the customs authorities. After a few months, the order was sent back to the Official Cronus Shop. The tracking code shows that the order was returned on 11/24/2023. Before this date, I contacted Cronus Shop numerous times to find out about the refund of the amount I paid. They always said they were waiting and ordered to come to them. It's been almost 3 months since the order was returned and they still haven't refunded the amount paid. I would like BBB to contact CRONUS SHOP so they can resolve my situation. Date of the transaction is December 31st 2023. I paid for a cronus zen (Upgraded version) on the ******************** ******** I paid in all $133.78 including tax. I then paid for UPGRADED shipping ($8.21) for it to get here faster. It was supposed to get here on Thursday January 4th, 2024. It then got delayed and said it was going to get here on the 5th, i waited the day of the 5th (all day) and nothing, now it says its going to get here on the 9th. I paid for upgraded shipping, so i was angry, i AM angry. I went to their support and talked to them about it, my first message was saying i want a refund on shipping because i paid for upgraded shipping, and now its getting here late (so not upgraded shipping, i would’ve just saved money if i went regular shipping) and they then got mad, called me a “plum” as you’ll see in the screenshots, and they made a return for the order without my consent, they also said they “blocked my zen”….. I dont know if this is some kind of joke or something. or a corrupt worker, but this is insane, like i can’t believe it. after i corrected them and responded to them, they didnt respond to me back.Initial Complaint

Business was really rude and degrading to me when I asked for a refund slip address what I needed to do to return and get refund , I am autistic, when I let them know I didn't really understand they were still really degrading When I figured out myself on how to return item , I let them know it's processing back to them , When I asked them on the day that it got return they acting like they lost the package , they also said we don't handle refund your bank does , The cronus zen I don't think is a legit business Scam fraud they need to be brought to justice I'm not the only person this happened to well over 3000 people it's happened to my dad showed Me the reviews on Google Upload file , proof of delivery of return back to them Return policy states once the cronus shop receives the return , they will issue the refund and it would take 2 business daysInitial Complaint

I, *** ****, wish to register a complaint regarding the product and customer service provided by CronusMax, a company based in Virginia. I purchased their product, the Cronus Zen, from ******** on March 11, 2023 (Order Number: ****************). Unfortunately, the device developed an E3 error, which is indicative of a full system crash. I reached out to CronusMax's customer support, but their suggested solutions proved ineffective. They also declined to honor the warranty, stating that they only warranty devices purchased directly from them, not those sold through a retailer. This stance neglects consumer rights and may contravene the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a federal law that governs warranties on consumer products, and the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. ********'s return policy expired, leaving me in a predicament with a malfunctioning device that both the manufacturer and the retailer refuse to address. While I reside in *****, CronusMax operates from Virginia, and their unwillingness to stand by their product and honor warranties raises serious questions about their commitment to consumer protection. I understand that businesses must protect their interests, but it shouldn't be at the expense of customers. I believe that the issues I've encountered represent a breach of my consumer rights. If this situation remains unresolved, I intend to report the matter to the Federal Trade Commission and the Office of the Attorney General. I trust that the BBB will investigate this matter, ensuring consumers are treated fairly and businesses adhere to laws that protect consumer rights. Thank you for your response.In addition to the information provided previously, I wish to add that ********, the retailer from which I purchased the Cronus Zen device, suggested that I contact the US reseller for Collective Minds, Cronus, and present a claim to them. Upon contacting Cronus, I received a response indicating that they are not the manufacturer, rather they are the US store and provide Cronus tech support. They explained that they do not furnish warranties for goods purchased from other stores. This was despite the device having been purchased brand new and showing faults well within the 90-day manufacturer's warranty period. Furthermore, I informed them that I had followed every step in the E3 troubleshooting guide they provided. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the E3 error code continues to appear on my Cronus Zen device, indicating a permanent hardware fault. Given these circumstances, I am left without a functioning device and without effective recourse, even though I am well within the manufacturer's warranty period. I had bought a product from this company a few months back amand had no problems with the product at all as it seemingly worked fine. That is until a few months later the device starts malfunctioning and giving me issues I thought nothing of it at first but over time it came to the point I wasn't able to use it anymore. After this I then emailed ****** (which is who I bought it through) and they gave me steps to get me a replacement or refund. I thought that would be the end of it, but I was told I needed to contact Cronus for my refund since it's their warranty which I did. My response from Cronus was to ho back to ****** to get a replacement. After going back and forth ****** told me they couldn't solve the issue legally and I would need to contact Cronus again and then BBB if I got no response. After awhile of waiting for a Cronus representative to reply I was seemingly ghosted by the company and every form of support they offer has led me nowhere.Initial Complaint
