The Dusty Monkey is an auction/antique place. In November of 2023, I sent a 20 foot trailer full of different items. I also filled a truck bed full (bicycles/etc). I had spoke with ******* if you can do a reserve. She replied yes, that I needed to let her know on what and amount. I discussed what furniture etc, but after they received the items it was a different story and didn’t want to work with me. I was also told that they excepted everything but clothes. That was not true. I also was told everything would be sold. Again that was not true. I still haven’t received the items back that didn’t sell. After I received my check for what was (claimed) to been sold, I was not pleased. I telephoned ******* to see if that was the only check. She replied yes. I told her that on my stubs there were items that were not mine and I didn’t see half the items I sent. For example over 50 hanging pictures, over 50/60 baskets, thousands of hand made hair bows, headbands, jewelry etc. I told her I take pride in my work. There were so many stubs sold in box lots for$1.00 $3.00. ******* ask if I received an itemized bill of sell, that listed everything sold with amount. ******* asked if I would like one. I replied yes. This was on December 14, 2023. As of today, February 27, 2024 I have yet to received one. I have also texted her twice since we spoke asking where my itemized bill of sale was, that I haven’t received yet. It’s sad as a business owner whom want answer your text nor send what I was promised. I greatly want to see how my thousand and thousand of items were sold. I felt I was done wrong, it was a rush job on their behalf. Here are some examples: A boys bicycle (brand new) with training wheels $5.00 A brand new $500 John Deer green attachment that carries soil, mulch etc in only $30. A brand new lawn mow blade. Never did see what it sold for? A new pressure washer, again what did it sell for? New Halloween costumes with all the accessories. Lots more
