    Owner was supposed to drop off receptacles for trash collection 2 days in a row, no show and no call, only returning a call when I left a message that it feels like I'm being scammed and don't know if I need to call the police. He then returns call immediately explaining he won't do business and will send back the money I paid up front. He then continues to call over 5 times to change the story, saying first he'll only send the refund via registered mail and needs my address, which I explain he's received twice via email and give it again. He then changes his story that I can only pick it up in person; very confrontational and harassing.

    This person never had my service. They are upset because our schedules and time frames did not align for me to drop off trash cans. This person sent money via Venmo. I do accept payments via venmo and other forms of online payment HOWEVER in regards to refunds I have a specific way to issue refunds and unfortunately this person kept hanging up on me while trying to explain the process of how to receive a refund. This person has called me nasty names, defamed who I am as a person and as a business. They are trying to ruin my business. I have no desire to keep money They sent via Venmo but this person kept hanging up on me while I was trying to explain how they can get a refund. Lastly, it boils down to this person is mad because our schedules/times didn't line up to drop off trash cans and the complete false allegations, rumors, and defamation of character is completely unnecessary. This person needs to have a respectful mature conversation with me so I can explain how they can get their money back which again, I have no intent or desire to keep.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This response is consistent with the other lies I've received. When he initially called me back, he stated he would not do business with anyone that questioned him and would be refunding my money via cash app, which I used to pay him as requested at $leecountytrash.Following that, he called back because I left a poor review, and he was demanding my address. When I asked why he needed my address, he said it was to send my refund check via certified mail. I explained to him that he already has my address in email as I had provided it for the service he never provided. I then gave him my address again while he continued to raise his voice and escalate. I said thank you and hung up. He proceeded to call back harassing me 4 more times, finally leaving a message that I needed to call him back to get his address to pick up a refund check. He has no policy on refunds; he was using the refund to cause conflict and escalating it each time I acquiesced to his requests. At this point, I need him to provide the refund via the original payment, cash app, and do not feel safe going to his home to get a check. Since he was threatening and said his phone calls were all recorded, you should have no problem confirming the conversations.
