      April 16th 2024 I paid ************************* $9000.00 by wire from Solo Tires Alignment to Treadsetters LLC bank account for a %50 deposit on a load of 1500 used tires. Tires were never delivered and he has cut off his phone and not answering. I am filing charges for ***************************** theft. He is a scam artist and I will continue with all legal means necessary to recover my money. The level of theft he has committed is a criminal act and justice will be served on this disgusting individual. I have the financial means to have my attorney press charges on this waste of a human being until he pays for his crime.

      Good Morning, I'm not sure why we are getting all these negative comments and complaints. We have been in full communication throughout this whole process. You placed your order on the 16th of April. Then I explained the tires will be delivered up to 4 weeks out but we will push for sooner depending on the inbound. During this process I have been in full communication with you. Our last conversation we scheduled delivery for Saturday the 18th. I tried to call you Saturday am to make sure you could still take delivery because we was running behind and I got no answer and no returned call. Then I started seeing these comments. Please give me a call today for we can handle this situation.

      During my visit to Tread Setters on April 30, 2024, I requested a tire repair service. Regrettably, while an employee was loosening the lug nuts, they inadvertently damaged the powder coating on my wheel in multiple spots. The employee then contacted the owner, Mr. ************************** to address the situation. ****************** offered his apologies and assured me that the business would cover the cost of repair for the damages incurred. Additionally, he committed to reimbursing me for the estimated cost of $189, as quoted by a local repair shop. This reimbursement was promised to be sent via CashApp by May 2, 2024.Despite ********************** assurances, I have yet to receive the promised reimbursement, and attempts to communicate with him have been unsuccessful. This lack of response and failure to fulfill the promised payment has caused undue frustration and inconvenience.As a consumer, I believe it is imperative to hold businesses accountable for their actions and commitments. I have made every effort to resolve this matter directly with ******************, but nothing has worked. Therefore, I am turning to you to seek assistance in reaching a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this dispute.

      June I ordered 50 used semi tires. ******* to arrived in 2 weeks. Never arrived, ***** the owner told me all types of lies and eventually said if they didnt come on such date he would give me a refund. The never came he said he was going to send me a refund and never sent them he starts ignoring my calls. Its about to be ******* in a few days so its been about 7 months
