    On September 26th I went to have diagnostic test done on my car the first time I had it done was in July I paid ***, this time around they told me it would be $***. When I got there, I explained to the young lady in the front what was wrong with my car she relayed the message back to the mechanic in the back Took the car and went for a drive Machine and claims that there was no codes or errors showing, but he did mention my axles, which was the same problem from the last time and I was aware of that. Then he proceeds to say well you need to change out your axles so I asked the mechanic “was that the issue of my car doing a Stutter?” “He says oh no let me drive it again.” He drove it again and said “oh that’s the transmission we don’t specialize in that” But yet you took my money to do with not diagnostic test and something that you know that you did not specialize in and then was not even apologetic or willing to even give me a discount or refund me my money for doing a diagnostic test and something that you know that you do not specialize in. but yet they took my money, knowing that they did not specialize in what needed to be done with my car and yet I still haven’t been able to talk to the shop manager, just the head mechanic, not even the owner of the shop.
