  This company is not professional. They will be late without communicating and they will waste your time. I understand life and emergencies happen however when they happen and you have an appointment you should communicate that you're not coming instead of just no call no show to a job after a deposit has been paid. When I finally got in contact with this company instead of apologizing he was too busy defending why he simply didn't show up nor did he communicate. If I could leave pictures of his work I would. He was hired to correctly place support beams throughout my home and instead Place support beams that were a foot short causing more weight to be on one side and the weight not being equally distributed throughout the house now my home is collapsing and he refuses to come out and honor his 2 year warranty on all his work.

  My husband and I hired MAN-UP SOLUTIONS LLC to install plumbing for our outdoor kitchen on 9/18/2022. We paid our deposit of ***** on 9/20/2022. We were told that our project would be complete 2-3 days after breaking ground. Per our general contractor (GC), the plumbing had to be complete BEFORE the outdoor kitchen could be built. It is now 10/21/2022 and after MULTIPLE no-shows, and COUNTLESS ignored phone calls/text, the only "plumbing" that has been done is trenches dug all over the yard.
  
  We unfortunately had to hire another plumber to complete the job. We understand that life happens and sometimes there are delays. However, this company did not communicate any of the issues they were facing until AFTER multiple phone calls. Demetrius would say he was coming on a certain day, then he wouldn't show up. No phone call, no text message, no explanation, nothing.....until he'd return our phone calls/text 2-4 days later.
  
  Had they simply COMMUNICATED we could've worked it out. Instead, my husband was constantly calling to inquire about the status (which was delaying the installation of our outdoor kitchen) only to be told "You aren't my only customer " and "You can start the kitchen without the plumbing". Our GC explicitly told us that the plumbing had to be complete BEFORE the kitchen could be built because they are building around the plumbing.
  
  I do not recommend this company if you have a big project with a timeline attached. In addition, the unprofessionalism displayed leaves a sour taste in my mouth. My husband and I go out of our way to support small businesses, unfortunately, we made a mistake with this one. Hopefully they never act in this manner with other paying customers ever again.

  Demetrius, Mike and his whole family are extremely professional. They really do treat your home or business like their own. They replaced our main water line in 2 hours! I highly recommend using their services.
