    I have had an issue with my ductwork. I had been in touch with Kim prior to my technicians arrival. Kim was very reassuring that I had a technician confirmed to arrive same day. Tony from Energy Pro was really awesome! He was to repair/replace a section of ductwork that had fallen under my home. When Tony arrived to my home I asked for more assistance than what was on the work order. He assisted me with a few different quotes and options not only for the section he was here to work on but also for a total replacement with all HVAC equipment without complaint. He was very courteous, conscientious, informative and kept a smile throughout the time he was here. The quotes are affordable and I hope I can have Tony as my technician in the future for any of repair/replacement I choose to have done.

    During my maintenance inspection last week, Steven ** discovered that my heat pump fan motor was pulling too much power and putting a strain on the other components of my 2006 Trane unit. Overall, the unit appeared to be in good condition, so I authorized replacement of the motor. Steven came out today to replace the motor and tested the load again to make sure it was within the acceptable range. He also tested the defrost cycle with the new motor in place. He remained at my house to be sure the unit was functioning well. I'm not a technician and I didn't understand beans about how a heat pump works, but I feel like I have a good grasp on it now. **** Because Steven took the time to explain to me in layman's terms what was going on with my unit. He is very knowledgeable, very professional, and also very personable. Going into tonight's predicted 19-degree low, I feel confident that my 17-year-old heat pump will keep me warm. ** even discussed my options for using the emergency heat during those times when a melting snow drift on my roof has caused an ice build-up on the fan blades and incapacitated the heat pump. **ile he was at my house, he was notified by the office of 2 more requests for service. It sounded like one of them was added at his discretion, but he said he couldn't leave a family without heat on a night like this. He left my house at 5 PM on a Friday night. He has a wife and family at home, but he is still committed to helping another family. That level of thoughtfulness just doesn't happen these days. As far as I'm concerned, Steven is the best hire Reid ever made (except, maybe, for his wife, Angie).
