We applied for a rental through this company. My fiancé was moving into the house 3 months before me, but I was still asked to pay an additional $** and add myself to the initial application. I did so. This then triggered alerting my current landlord I’m looking for somewhere else to live, making him fill out paperwork, a credit hit, THREE superiors from my job having to confirm I worked there, making them fill out paperwork, and all to be told they went with someone else with a higher income. The most invasive application process I have EVER experienced and probably just to make that non-refundable $*** off an expecting couple. This company has zero integrity. Think twice before going through them especially if you’re an applicant like myself.

As the management company, we do not make any final decisions—application approvals are solely at the discretion of the property owner. Our role is to gather and verify information for their review.
All individuals over 18 are required to apply. The three supervisor contacts were provided by the applicant. The applicant informed us supervisor one was in the process of transferring, which led to contacting the second and third supervisors for proper verification. We also received pay stubs that were unverifiable, listing a pay period ending on a date that had not yet arrived at the time of review.

5 starsRyan with BP Real Estate was who helped me buy my first house and I am so glad he did. They made the entire process stress-free anytime I had questions and I had a lot I could call. He got me the first-time buyers grant which paid my down payment because of that I had more money in my pocket. When it’s time to buy your next house I highly recommend BP.
