    I bought a brand new 2023 Scag 52" walk behind mower
    Model # ************* ****** * ******** Total cost- $7,265.70

    Purchased from another dealer who was excellent.

    In March or 2024, my mower began to have mechanical issues. By April 2024, my mower had stopped working all together so I contacted my local Scag certified dealer and Mechanic. I dropped the mower to YPK Motorsports in Pound, VA then.
    I have yet to receive a fix for my mower and can never get ahold of anyone. When I do get ahold of ****** in the service department, I am given the run around about how parts are on backorder, warranty hasn't went through, order for the parts was accidently canceled, the parts they got didn't work for that mower and on and on. I've been more than patient, but my patience has completely run out as I have lost numerous jobs for this, in clouding a major contract worth $5,700 / month along with several other jobs due to not being able to keep up with my smaller scale machines. I have also paid out $1,827 towards the loan this year since they received the mower and I have not used it once. I spoke to ****** last on October 25,2024 and was told the parts were 9n their way and should be there by the end of the week and they would get them on and call me immediately. It is now December 9, 2024 and still no word. I will be looking for compensation through the courts for this poorly handled business and loss of income unless they would rather settle out of court.
    I need a fix to this NOW. It has been long enough, a little over 8 months to be exact.
