Company is not consistent with sending bills, you never know when youre going to be charged. Then they didnt pick up the trash for almost a month. Weve called and sent emails to cancel services but we still havent heard from them or received a bill in months.Initial Complaint

I am the landlord for a property at *************************************************************************************. The previous tenant, who had trash service with Dominion, moved out over two months ago. I have called Dominion at least three times and emailed once to have them pick up their trash can from the property, as the new tenant is not using Dominion. Filed a complaint and I finally got a invoice with late fees. The charge was $207.00. The charged me for non payment of $132 which was paid December 13, 2022. In addition to removing the trash bin from my driveway I want a refund of the $132.00Initial Complaint

The company does not pick up trash constantly. They discontinued service for non payment but I did not receive invoice. I paid with the hopes the trash will be taken weekly. No pick up. I call issues with transportation on voice mail. I have been taking trash to dump. Text message send invoice come get trash. Nothing. I didn't realize that this operation appears to be a man with trailer collecting bags of trash from containers. I can't get an invoice and can't get my trash removed. I received an invoice in the mail at the beginning of this year for trash services by Dominion Waste Services, and since we had recently changed trash collection companies, I went ahead and paid for the full 2023 year for $240.00 and put my check in the mail.Soon after mailing, I was speaking to my husband, who told me "I don't know why you received an invoice from them - they are not our trash collection company, and we have never been customers with them." I attempted to call the company several times with no response, so I left a detailed message with the company letting them know that we did NOT want to start service with them and asked them to void and destroy the check.On February 27th, they deposited my check. Since then, I have made over 10 phone call attempts, left messages, sent emails to both of their stated email addresses (to which my email checker shows have not even been opened by them), and reached out through their ******** messager, and I have not received a single response. I am upset that they sent me an invoice when I had never been a customer. I am upset that they deposited my check after specific instructions to cancel any account and not proceed. I am most upset that after depositing my check, they are making no attempts to rectify the situation.Initial Complaint

Has not fulfilled contract to provide garbage service until the end of the year. Last pickup was 12-22-22, contract was until 12-29-22 or the end of the year. Have not seen or heard from dominion waste since his last pickup!Initial Complaint

We paid for a year for trash pick up with them. We have our waste picked up every Monday. Last Monday Dec 19th trash was suppose to be picked up it wasn't so I waited the next day or two still no pick up. So I called and left two messages no call back. So I called again they answered and I was told he was in the hospital and trash will be pick up the following day or Saturday. Still no pick up on both days. As of today Dec 27th still no trash pick up. I've called the business numerous times and left voicemails, email and even FB message. Still nothing.Initial Complaint

I have reached out to this business multiple times to have my trash serviced. They sent me a bill stating I owe money yet I have documentation that I am fully paid through October. They have neglected my service for a month now because I work for a competitor trash company who does not service my area. He has said in conversation that my company hurt his business and he would get to it when he could with no results. I saw him near my house this morning servicing others yet never serviced me. This seems like a personal issue with me at this point because of my employer. I was solely trying to support another local business. I have seen where other customers cancel with this compnay and he dumps the trash in their yards and I would like to avoid that. I want my trash collected as I have paid for that service and the service cancelled. Attached are photos explaining all and I have even reached out to him through email with documentation still with no results.
