    In this case the company is not the problem it produces great banners but the young the young technician was very unprofessional in resolving a dispute about prints in which was designed incorrectly several times , I was told that the prints I requested could be recreated within 2 to 3 days which they were not. I waited patiently for a week then called to pick up my prints and the young man answered,I questioned the fact of were they ready and his response was They didn't save in the computer he needed me to resend them again so I did but by me being busy at work 2 more weeks passed and still no response so I called him back to question the overdue prints and he sent me a totally different image that I requested, I said *** that's not my image I sent you he stated that he could only get as close as he could and at that point I requested a refund and he said fine I will get it within 14 days, the 14 days passed and I called him back and said he was going to take up to 75% for his works being done and my total charges were $216.79 plus tax and my refund was $54.00 I was not only surprised but very disturbed by the confirmation receipt he sent me wondering how can I be charged for something I didn't get even until this very day of 06-16-25 keep in mind I paid for my prints on 5-7-25 will someone please help me with this situation and please keep in mind I didn't receive any products or prints just attitude and a $54.00 refund I haven't seen yet..
