    From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he had no desire to be there. The first words from his mouth were complaints about traveling 21 miles to my house and being tired, not even a hello. Once inside, he was dismissive of my primary problem, not wanting to spend the time to really see what was going on, offering a secondary fix. To quote, "you don't want to rip up your house". after 20-30 minutes and suggesting that we do this fix in the summer, he wanted to charge for a minimum of 2 hours. Given that situation, I had him fix a few minor problems that had been going on so that my money was not wasted. he was very dismissive of that problem until I insisted that it was a problem. to quote, "I don't see a leak" on 2 different problems. He them proceed to charge me for an additional hour, despite the work being within the 2 hour time frame that he already charged me. In my definition, the crook took advantage but I felt that I had no choice but to pay him. After he left, I discovered that the original problem for which he was called was still a problem, a situation for which I communicated a concern . He has not presented me with an itemized list even after I requested twice. I have now had the issue fixed by another company. Needless to say, I will not be contacting them again; I suggest that other think twice before doing so, as well.
