We had an agreement with NRV land management and vegetation control LLC for a 25'x 25' plot for a swimming pool. Brandon Dewese told us it was a one day job when they had quoted us and under quoted our material dramatically for the job. They started June 9th. Worked for 2 hours and left. Came back Saturday June 11th unannounced, worked for 2 hours and left. Came back out Monday June 13th dropped a minor off on my property and left him unattended 4 hours while he worked on someone else's property so I had to leave work early to get home to an unattended, unknown minor. Brandon came back around 2:10pm picked up the minor. He said he would be back around 4:30pm. At 6pm my wife called Him and asked where he was. He told her I misunderstood him and said he would be back after 4:30. He came back around 7pm. I observed while he frantically tried to finish my project and in the process he tore my yard up about 6-8 feet wide and 20-25 feet long with a skid steer as he was braking too hard and quickly with the machine. He quit working around 9:17pm and said he was done, everything was level and he only had minor work to do. I paid him and he left. The next day I checked the plot. It measured at 20'x 28' and wasn't level at all. We gave him and his business partner multiple chances to correct the issues over the next 2 weeks but they never would show up to finish the job or make things right. We now have the dirt and sand starting to wash out because it wasn't packed properly. We now have to rent equipment and buy 14 tons of more dirt and dig the old dirt they "packed" up and repack it to correct the issue and make it safe which is going to cost us an additional $800.00. We paid $800.00 for the work. I want my money back from them because we have to undo the "work" they have done and redo it plus more to correctly irrigate, pack and blend the dirt with my yard to prevent any issues in the future not only with the pool but our yard and fence lines as well.
