    Terrible customer service. We have waited and endured this 4 month process from measuring, estimating and installation only to find that the installer Kevin, "forgot" to load our parts on the truck for installation today. To top it off, we would have to wait another month for the next available appointment, according to Amanda who could have cared less that I took off from my job to be home. That would mean it would be 5 months of waiting. I told them they can keep the screens....I'm afraid what else will go wrong if the installer is so inept and customer service so poor. Can you imagine how long you have to wait for service if the screens malfunction or break???? I'm not willing to take that gamble.
