    Horrible service . DO NOT USE! We had to have another hvac company come and repair the horrible job this company did. We thought we would give two young men starting their business a chance....our mistake. This company put the system in the basement (made some HUGE contraption that was not needed) and cut holes in wood flooring, random places (in front of doorways, not centered, and some in the middle of the floor!) We had to repair all the these holes in the hardwood flooring. The vent tubes were hanging so low, we couldn't open a door into the basement or walk without hitting our head on it! We explained we were installing a ceiling and they told us it would be 'pinned up'. It wasn't. After a few days, the whole thing was coming apart, tape was peeling off, the air tubes were coming loose off the ceilings and vents. We were also told we didn't need vents in the bathrooms when we requested it. We contacted them about the issues and eventually we were blocked from any further communication. Horrible customer service. The person that repaired their crappy work had to move the whole system to the attic where the vents ran through the ceiling and were cut in nice locations, (centered on windows and added to the bathrooms). I have pictures of their crappy work and the contact info for another great hvac company.
