    This has got to be one of the worst health professional business in the area. They try to push certain hearing aid products to the patients without really talking about what other options are available, and what the pros and cons on each option to inform the patient. Worst of all, the older man there is so rude that he would jump into a conversation I was having with the front desk person over the phone and started yelling and saying I was wasting their time and telling me to shut up. I had called to tell them that my mom has arthritis and that changing out little batteries every 12 hours on those battery-operated hearing aids would not be feasible. I asked what’s the options for rechargeable and the price difference between battery operated versus rechargeable ones. This is where they refused to tell me and said that she has to keep it until Jan 2024 for the insurance calendar cycle. This whole experience with this business is so regrettable that I do not wish it to anyone else. Patients beware with this business practice!
