    I enrolled in a class to get certified in phlebotomy and iv placement. This class came recommend to me. I paid the fee and the class started. I was never told when I signed that once you start you can't get a refund. I eventually had to reschedule attendance because of my mothers disability. The instructor agreed and was not hesitant about this. I waited and never got a response about attending the class. I kept waiting finally heard back and was told class was full but I could attend the next session. I finally began and Covid hit. We did a hybrid class and we were supposed to do hands on skills lab. I randomly got a picture of a certificate. We never did the hands on portion. I kept emailing the instructor over the last couple of years and never got a response or a response saying Ill let you know. Finally this year all restrictions have been lifted at the hospitals and still no classes. I reached out to my class mates and several people said instructor never gave them refund and they never heard back from him. The fee was 1299 with a $100 credit. I finally got s response after informing the instructor I was filing a formal complaint. And he said he was going register me for the sept class. But again now the instructor is M.I.A when I reached out to confirm. I would like my money at this point. How can I have trust in this place? Or I want to complete the course and get confirmation dates and times. Please note I have several email threads and can provide more proof of our conversations.

    This school is a scam. I showed up to the suppose to be first day of class and no one was there. Tried several attempts to contact school through email and phone and only get voice mail and no email. I'm requesting a full refund because no services or training was rendered.
