Unbelievable, nonprofessional at all They dont like to pay for the service, I had invoices aged more than two years and when ask to pay, IT employees follow gang like behavior by asking for a discount and when we refuse they made faked complain about the service and terminate the agreement. After termination, they still refuse to pay saying that invoices are under processing and asked to collect the equipments. When we refuse they threaten that they will consider grounding charge on a daily base When we collect the equipment and then after follow up for payment they change the language denying that they have been received the service and asked to waive around 40% of the due amounts in a blackmailing way This is insulting and non professional at all

Terrible, ******************* I was going through the motions of the onboarding process with a "****** *******" and it would sometimes take her days to get back to me. After I had provided the necessary documents, ****** sends me an email (3 days later) advising me that I was missing documents, when in fact I had provided all of the documents necessary. Ultimately, they marked me as a "Refusal", this company is beyond shady. STAY AWAY.

I am an African-American male. I worked for this company as a Force Protection Officer in Kuwait back in 2017. While employed there and working on a US military installation, a white coworker hung a noose on my job site. The onsite administrators attempted to downplay it , they went further to then cover it up. They initially said that the white employee that hung the news had suicidal ideations. In spite of this claim, the staff let this employee remain on shift with weapons and live ammo. I confronted and challenge these claims, but to no avail. I confronted the local leadership as to why this person that displayed a symbol of hate was still employed. I told them that it was really uncomfortable having this guy residing in the same building that I lived in. They refused to move him, so I did a request to move. At that time experience mistreatment from the junior leadership because I would not let it go. I resigned from this position because I felt unsafe and returned home. Prior to me leaving Kuwait I was interviewed, but it appeared that this investigation was one-sided. Months later I found out that the guy that had hung the noose had resigned as well. He admitted that once he returned to the US that the deputy project manager told him that they were going to sweep this incident under the rug. I made numerous unsuccessful attempts to get reports and to contact reps from Constellis. This business is toxic and disastrous. There is no concern for employees human or civil rights.

Having known employees under the Constellis umbrella, specifically in the AMK9, an airport cargo security division utilizing working dogs, I can say this may be one of the worst companies to work for. There is no sick time given to employees, instead they are made to use their very limited PTO for any illness, vacation or bereavement. Human Resources works for the company and actively works to suppress employee concerns. The leadership is both toxic and demeaning, they will strip away any opportunity you have at maintaining a personal life through consistent schedule changes, which, even when made less than 24 hours in advance are made mandatory by supervisors under the threat of disciplinary action. Outside of poor benefits, toxic leadership and active suppression of employee concerns by a corrupt HR department, there is the mistreatment of the working dogs the company utilizes. The training facility and kennels located in Moyock NC might as well be a prison for animals. They are often fed only enough to keep there weight above dangerous levels, in damp and dark kennels and are not monitored or evaluated for dangerous behaviors, as many trainers, K9 Handlers and others within the company have been bit by dogs which are then labeled as “non aggressive” after an internal investigation and forced back into service where they inevitably bite others. There truly aren’t words to describe the levels of employee and animal abuse and mistreatment within this company.

I applied for 3 positions in 15 Months with Triple Canopy. Just a Court Security Position. I have over 20 years experience in my field. I am a Disabled Veteran. I have a Masters Degree. I am a Master Instructor. And an exceptional candidate. I have an Honorable Discharge and a clean background with excellent references. There are not allot of options where I live. I moved here as my wife is a federal employee and was transferred here. In all 3 applications. I did not even get an interview. I believe it is based on one of 2 things. Age or Being a disabled veteran. I attempted to contact Management. They Blocked me with no response. This is the issue that stand the most disturbing. A Veteran who meets all qualifications is either discriminated against because of age or veterans status. I find it difficult to believe is based on Military service since many vets work there. But it may be branch bias because I’m Navy. Or because I am. NOT Special Forces. Yet I thinks it’s because of my age. I am 50. This company does need to be reviewed! It’s because of the people who work there that decisions are made.
