    We first reached out to Lutetia Travel for help with our travel needs a few years ago, and we continue to be happy returning customers.
    Lutetia Travel is a boutique travel agency with an impressive focus on customer service. What we get every time, and the main reason we'll keep coming back, is expert assistance not only in planning our trips to Europe, but also in addressing the occasional on-the-ground incidents increasingly associated with travel in a post-pandemic world.
    Our latest trip this year was to the satisfaction of all four members of our family, and included a blend of urban destinations (Venice, Florence) with a few quieter days in Liguria. Lutetia's travel consultant Ligia is an outstanding listener, deeply familiar with the intricate details of complex bookings, as she strived to put together a seamless traveling experience for us. It's evident that she enjoys constant research to stay up to date, on top of already having valuable professional experience as a local for many years in several European countries. Her knowledge seems to extend beyond obvious elements of a trip (destinations, connecting point A to point B, etc.) to more subtle aspects like when - at our request - she promptly offered info on farmers markets in La Spezia next door from Cinque Terre, or a quick intro on high-speed trains.
    I recommend LT as a solid resource for discerning travelers looking for help with their travel adventures.
