    We booked a party for our son at Putt Putt Fun Center for the extreme party package which is advertised on the website as ****** for 3 hours unlimited go karts, unlimited bumper boats, and unlimited mini golf. On the phone I am told the party is actually ******, that the website isn't up to date, even though it says copyright 2024 on the site, uneilling to honor theor advertised price. Then, we arrive for the party and check in, which started well until one of my party guests notified me that only 3 go karts were running , and we had 11 kids, no double karts were running which eleiminated half my kids from being able to ride as they would need an adult. The bumper boats wete also not running, and the water for then was deplorable! Manager offered ***** off party which was unacceptable to me as I was promised all 3 activities for 3 hours for the price we paid. NO ONE bothered to call us prior to our party or notify us at checkin! Supposed attempts were made to contact the owner who did not return employer calls, there was no manager at the store on duty to assist the customers pr employees. Party was yesterday 5/19/24, I called Putt Putt today, 5/20 to attwmpt to speak to manager and eas told he was "too busy" and would call me back. I Have yet to hear from him. I am requesting more of a refund than the ***** I was given , ehich I graciously tipped the employees with as they tried their best to help me under very poor direction. The mens bathroom did not have lights, handheld flashlights was it. Benches were broken and chairs broken creating safety hazards.
