    situation with my 19 year old daughter we moved into 4309 North Avenue Apartment B roughly around July the 7th 2020 I went through a program that put everything in their name and you pay to them as I was paying to them I received it information from the property manager of North Avenue Apartments ************* came and did an inspection within a few weeks of me moving and stating he didn't know that the program had moved someone in this property because it was not livable Insured that everything that was wrong would be fixed after a while certain things were taken care of like small things blinds for the windows small fixes to at least have the ceiling fan in my bedroom which is the master bedroom working until it could be replaced things of that nature but none of the big concerning issues the mold the leaking sink in the kitchen and flushable toilet in the bathroom unusable window in the living room the excuses were due to covid none of these things could be taken care of after a while paying the program that I was in I received information from the property manager ***** that they are no longer involved with the program due to not receiving money and I had to put the electric in my name and I broke down right then and there and told him I was going through a garnishment I had just came from beating cancer and this was my first job and first apartment after being homeless and living in and out of hotels with my children for almost 5 years he's assured me that everything will work out he even contacted and told me about a program to get renters assistance the young lady from the program contacted me with him on the line for the covid assistance and gave me verbal verification that I was approved now there's no steps for me and my child my family safety is in danger please assist with what I can do how I can do it where I can do it I have no lease as of 2022 I don't know what to do from here I don't know what steps I can take I just need some assistance.

    I just want a better living situation for this is an issue for all tenants this property is not safe if I could include all pictures from the past fours years I would once my daughter-in-law fell through the steps I really got concerned I have a one-year-old grandson and I have health issues and this is the only exit that we use to get in and out of my door due to the unsafeness of the front of the building I had to nail my front door shut from the inside so there is no way to exit it because someone tried to come through it there's no light in my hallway has not been 4 years very unsafe
