    Six Stars+! Professional, engaged, committed, and delivers! We had one of the most challenging and complicated cases with a commercial truck totaling our car and causing injury to my wife and meon private property. Two prominent local law firms took a stab at the case; one backed out and the other could not get the insurance company to admit liability, which meant we may have to go to court. We switched to The Pendleton Law Team (after seeing their advertisement) with the idea that this is our last hope, and if it does not work out, we are done, as it is too mentally traumatizing to continue. To our surprise, Christina Pendleton and her Team took off with our case. Within 3 weeks, we received a call that commercial truck insurance has accepted 100% liability for the accident and is willing to discuss settlement. Not only did they settle, Christina got us "way more money" than we ever expected and kept us updated along the way. We could not be happier with The Pendleton Law Firm as they truly delivered everything they advertise in their commercials.     My mother has been dealing with them since February of 2021 and her case still has not been resolved. She has sent in all her documents and photos repeatedly about 2-3 times and requested on several occasions to speak to the owners (the face of the company). They have been switching attorneys on her numerous times (left hand don't know what the right hand is doing). All she get are automated text messages stating that her case is being worked but its now 2023 which leaves me to believe that her case is not being worked nor treated with the respect and urgency that it deserves. It seems like they spend more time on advertising then actually taking care of their clients. I decided to leave a review because I actually referred my mom to them after their convincing advertisement that has failed at executing what they say. This has been a very stressful experience for my mom especially since she is not at fault for the accident. If they can prove otherwise I'll be sure to update my review
