    Business tells you that they can work on your car after you give a description of your car then after you get there, they only do a diagnostic and declined doing any work on the car. I asked them how much do I owe them for the diagnostics they said $231 so I paid them but to test whether they were just jamming me and only doing diagnostic testing I asked them can they repair the two control arms that they said were damaged and how much would that be. They tell me that I shouldnt get that replaced because its not worth doing because the car isnt in any good shape at all anyway. That wasnt what I asked him. I asked him to give me an estimate to repair the two lower control arm. So when they took The car in for service they had no intention of doing any repairs on the car. They only want to work on a diagnostic and make money off that. They have no license mechanics to do the work. Their business is not listed as an actual business could not find it on the BBB website had to enter the address, so no business license Is posted or active for this business

    CUSTOMER WAS MADE AWARE THAT YES WE CAN WORK ON SMART ***S AND DID AN INITIAL DIAGNOSTIC OF $138 AT THAT POINT WE CALLED CUSTOMER TO ADVISE WITH THE MANY ISSUES THE *** HAS WAS NOT WORTH GOING FURTHER TO REPAIR THE ***. CUSTOMER THEN ADVISED SHE DIDNT ***E ABOUT THE REST OF THE *** AND IT NEEDED TO RUN SO THAT WAS THE PRIORITY. AFTER ANOTHER TWO AND A HALF HOURS OF PULLING FLOORING AND SEAT UP TO CHECK *** WAS FOUND TO HAVE WATER DAMAGE CAUSING NO FUEL AND NO SPARK TO THE *** AFTER CHECKING FUEL PUMP WHICH WAS INSTALLED AT ANOTHER SHOP ALREADY AND DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. CHECKED SPARK PLUGS TO FIND OIL IN SPARK PLUG TUBES SPARK PLUGS WORN OUT. CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED AFTER ASKING TO REPAIR ***** END THAT IF THE *** DIDNT RUN AND COULD NOT BE REPAIRED IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY TO FIX THE ***** END. ****** HAS A HISTORY OF BRINGING ***S IN THAT REPAIRS DRASTICLY EXCEED THE COST OF REPAIRS. CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED WE COULD NOT REPLACE THE *** BECAUSE THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND PROGRAMMED FROM A DEALER. SHE ADVISED US SHE WAS GOING TO RUN THE CLAIM TO INSURANCE AND HAVE IT *****ED TO COLLECT SOME OF THE REPAIR COST DONE BY US AND OTHER SHOPS ALL TO NO AVAIL AND AS CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED PARTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM SMART *** DEALERSHIPS. CUSTOMER WAS UPSET AT DIAGNOSTIC AND STATED SHE WAS IN FOUR YEARS AGO AND WAS ONLY 75$ AT THAT POINT WE DID EXPLAIN WE CALLED AND DISCUSSED IT AND SHE AGREED SHE WANTED FURTHER DIAGNOSTIC DONE TO THE *** AT ADDITIONAL COST. AS IT STATES  ON THE REPAIR SHEET AND INVOICE THAT SHE AGREED AND PAID. WE DID DISCOUNT 1 HOUR OF DIAGNOSTIC OFF THE ***** BILL *****ING $138. CUSTOMER MADE THE CHOICE TO CONTINUE WITH DIAGNOSTICS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ADVISED STRONGLY AGAINST IT DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE *** IN REGUARDS OF WORK THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY IN NEED OF INCLUDING A FAKE STATE INSPECTION STICKER ON ***. PLEASE ADVISE OF ANY OTHER ACTION NEEDED AS WE ARE PREPAIRED TO FIGHT ANY REFUNDS OF THIS CLAIM. THANK YOU *******************
