I took my vehicle in for a yearly state inspection. I drive my car every day for work and routinely inspect it. I made sure my car would be in perfect condition to pass and they called and said that my turn signals were both out. I have side mirror markers that correspond with the other turn signal and they all work. I understand ***** burn out but they were BOTH working prior to me dropping it off and BOTH were out upon inspection. Very rarely would they both be out at the same time. I will get a secondary inspection done as soon as possible to find where corruption actually happened. I called to explain my side and was treated very rudely and disrespectfully. The manager **** refused to give me any information I had to pry for his first name. I explained my side and was told I was liar. I have been taken advantage of and feel robbed still having to pay. This is completely unacceptable

I have spoken with ******************* on multiple occasions regarding this issue. Most of the communication was arranging video documentation of the entire inspection to be sent to his email. ******************* has been sent video footage of the entire inspection process showing no tampering with his vehicle. Upon his request we also sent him video footage of his arrival. This is relevant because according to **** if he locks the vehicle, which he stated he did, the the turn signals would flash. No turn signals were seen in this video either. I apologize if **** felt I was rude for not sharing my last name. Its company policy.
