Send threatening mail after your purchase a vehicle soliciting "warranty coverage". They're not a manufacturer or credible business

This company keeps sending me misleading postcards / letters stating that i must contact them and pay for an extended warranty for my new truck. I have spoken with the dealership and with the truck manufacturer and they both are telling me this company is a scam. My truck CAME with an extended warranty and service contract. They both advised to report this to BBB.

They continue to call and send warning letters that I neglected my vehicle service contract on my vehicle. They have also reported that Im financially liable for a breach in contract. This is a scam. I have never done business with this company and have never heard of them. I have an extended warranty with another company

Scam alert! We received their letter in the mail stating our warranty was about to expire on our brand NEW vehicle. They listed 3 different makes ******************* very generic -- and no specific details about our current vehicle.

Received a letter indicating that I needed to immediately respond in order to retain my vehicle warranty. The make and model of the vehicle was listed as a ********** / ***** / ****** (only one of which I currently owned). The letter address is the same as on file with BBB however the phone number and name have changed. They are now the Extended Coverage Department and their telephone number has changed the last twelve digits to ********. When I called the representative could not pull up my information based on the owner ID provided in the letter and said I had to give her specific information about my vehicles. When I told her I did not feel comfortable doing that because I had bought multiple cars before and never heard of this, she got frustrated with me and acted like I was ridiculous for never hearing about this before. She was never able to "pull up" my information and because I would not provide her with any personal information she told me she would call me back when it was working. I never received a callback and honestly, I believe this was just a way to fish for information. I just want to share that I do not believe they are legitimate, or if they are that they actually offer any sort of real value because the whole thing could have been very convincing.
