    Working with the TCT Design Firm has been a frustrating experience. There have been 4 no show appointments. The website was promised to be finished by the second weekend in July. Then July 22nd. Then Aug 29th. Then Sept 25th. It's now October and I do not have a presentable working website. *****, the owner and person who I have been working with claims I am making too many changes however these are corrections on the work that was not done, not new additions. The corrections were bigger font, larger pictures, link's not working or paragraphs in wrong place etc... There was no outline or template given to input website content, however I created a document to make it easier for *****. If the site is not complete with working links in 24hrs of *********************** receiving this notice then I will have to take legal steps to get a full refund to have another designer create a new website. I'm no longer giving ***** to this unprofessional behavior.
