    NOT a good experience at all. First, the company lost the reservation I made one month in advance, and I had to re-book my trip one day before my medical appt. The driver wanted to come a half hour earlier than scheduled (I said No because I wasn't ready); then went to the wrong house and was late; and he did not stay at the medical facility during my procedure, as required. To top it all off, the billing department charged me for an extra hour of waiting time, and has refused to return any of my 4 phone calls to rectify the problem. Now I see why they are not BBB-certified!
