  I was quoted a price over the phone and when the technician arrived at my address, the total cost was more than I was originally quoted. I was asked if I wanted to add scotch-guard and I said no as it was an extra charge, I felt like it was an insult and I was going to be sorry I didnt get it. WARNING unless you have good life insurance to cover the heart attack you will have dealing with this group STAY AWAY. CONSUMER BEWARE. I used this company to clean carpets in two carpeted bedrooms with closets in an apartment. I provided the square foot and exact size of each bedroom and in the bedroom size the closet was part of the room size. I was quoted a price over the phone for two rooms with chemicals which I was in agreement with. I contacted them twice in a two day timeframe. The issue was with the price I was quoted over the phone (twice) and the final cost being more and the continued pressure of adding an additional chemical I didnt want or need. Had the cost been clearly communicated before, it would not have been an issue. The person who arrived told me the cost and demanded payment before doing the work. How was I to know their work would be par. The technician and I had back and forth works regarding the final price he told me I had to pay or he was going to sit in the van. Now I was mad. I used the service in the Richmond location. I called the original person when I set up the appointment and he and I had back and forth words and he had the audacity to say maybe I didnt understand and or was ignorant to steam cleaning prices. I was DONE with this conversation at this point. I asked to speak with his boss a manager anyone that could explain the big cost difference and explain how I their customer had been treated. They called me back and due to communication barriers (they were Russian and spoke with a heavy accent) I left even more frustrated.
