A small section of the work was not done properly initially - yet was corrected at a later date. Unapproved work was done without my knowledge which increased my cost of the project by $650.

Mr. ******* My apologies for the misunderstanding. Once I talked with our team, it was clear we should not have charged you for the pressure washing. We had decided to do that work without knowing of the existing sealer or a price given ahead of time for just cleaning. We will take this as a learning opportunity. Thank you so much for your feedback on the survey we sent out. That is precisely why we sent that survey: to ensure we do our best for our customers. A refund for that amount is in the mail today.
