    I had trouble finding the FedEx store closest to me where I could fax time sensitive legal docs~ I went another familiar location near ***********~ Only 2 employees appeared to be working~ one spent close to one hour with a FedEx driver logging in packages to send. The other, ****** was helping a woman by putting together several calendars she had printed and bound there. They included prints of her own beautiful artwork~ I was quite ill, wearing a mask but on a last mission to send legal docs close to last day they could accepted. Scanning from my own printer failed, converting to PDF failed and lastly a free scanning app stopped short of the 43 pages I needed to send which meant unacceptable~ Once other customers started trickling in Just quietly, calmly took care of each person while still staying on task preparing the lovely calendars~ the woman kept praising him on his cool under duress demeanor~ I agreed and did my best to express appreciation through my laryngitis~ I was there at least 45 minutes waiting for a response that my fax had been received~ it was expensive to fax so many pages and ****** saw I was stressed about it, and close to collapsing~ He was so kind and patient with everyone. At last I got the confirmation page and cool calm ****** actually smiled ?? This was a first class example of great customer service. He did exactly what it took to handle each person on a personal level. Thank you ****** and FedEx~***** *****. ***
