    I hired Alpha Stone to install a countertop and backsplash in my home @ October 2024. The initial process was amazing with the assistance of the sales manager **** ****. Unfortunately while the countertop and backsplash was being installed, a worker made a fist sized hole in my wall, after speaking with Ms. **** I was told that I would receive a check to compensate me for the damages. After a few attempts to check on the status of the compensation communications broke down. While I am very pleased with how my countertop and backsplash look, I am very disappointed that Alpha Stone did not compensate me for damages they caused, this is very poor business practice. It is for that reason that I must give this low rating but very honest review.****** *.
