      After an eye exam with the ophthalmologist on 2/5/24, I ordered a new pair of multifocal lenses for my glasses at his office, and picked them up on 2/14/24. I couldnt see well with them, so a new pair was ordered on 2/21/24. I received the new pair on 3/15/24. According to **, the employee in charge of the order, the new pair had not passed inspection, and the lab had to redo the work. Unfortunately the new lenses were not any better than the first, even after trying them for almost a month. I called the office on 4/11/24 and left a voice message. On the following day, ******* Services returned my call, and I explained the situation. They said C. would call me back. After hours of not hearing back from C., I called the office again. C. was still not available to talk to me. I again stated that Id like to return my glasses. ******* Services said that the message had been conveyed to C., and Id have to wait for her return. After leaving additional messages requesting a call from C. and having no reply for a week, I sent an email on 4/18/24 saying that Id contact the ******************** if I didnt hear back from her. On the same day, I received the following reply from ******* Services: Your email has been received and forwarded to C. in optics. I still havent heard back from her. In summary, between April *****, I left no fewer than 5 messages with the doctors office and, as of April 26, have yet to receive a reply.Ive been wearing glasses for over 40 years. In that period, Ive returned glasses twice, and on both occasions the new pair was perfectly correct. This is the first time that the second pair didnt fix the problem, and the first time that the vendor refused to have the problem resolved. Since they were not able to provide an acceptable product or service, Im requesting a full refund of the price paid on 2/5/24: $600.09.P.S. *********** is now located at *******************************************************************************.
