    If I could give zero stars, I would. Me and my boyfriend went to this location on the 29th of January at 9:54PM.We ordered food, we didn't check it at the window. We drove all the way home, opened the bag and our chicken sandwich wrapper was torn, the chicken sandwich was like literally just tossed all over the bag. I was legit like, what the #*$&?So, I did what any reasonable person would do and I called the location. I spoke to the manager (****?) and told her what happened. She stated, "We have all new people working tonight, and it's been a literal **** show.We've had complaints all night. I am sorry. I will write your name in the book, you can come back tomorrow and we will re-make your order for you."So, on the 30th, we go back to the location. The shift supervisor I am guessing(?) was literally laughing in my face, said that my name was not in any book, and the manager **** had spoken to a female, not a male. I left the location, went home and got my boyfriend, and went back to the location. At this point, we just wanted a refund. The shift supervisor once again, told us the General Manager would be back on the 31st and she could do our refund. She called her in-front of us, and she said she would refund us.I once again came back to the location on the 31st.Guess what? THE GENERAL MANAGER IS NOT THERE! I was once again, told to come back to the location the next day (the 1st). So, since I do have a job, my boyfriend was going to handle it. He calls to the location to ensure the General Manager was going to be there. Guess what? Not there again! But HER SUPERVISOR is there! Her supervisor says, "A refund is not going to happen. I am sorry." And hung up on my boyfriend.The customer service is completely ridiculous here.From a shift supervisor laughing in my face, essentially calling me a liar, and the manager on duty lying to me?I will NOT ever spend my money here at this location again.
