    I ordered 4 items in September. I received an email stating 1 item was out of stock and I would receive a refund. I received the other 3 items but I did not receive the refund. The amount of the refund was for $10.20. I called the company 3 times, 9/27,10/2 and 10/18. I was told to please be patient with them and they would take care of it. Then I was told that they switched to a different billing company. I have been more than patient and want my refund. Thanks

    I contacted the seller on September 8, 2023 regarding an order I placed on September 3. I advised I paid $25.00 for Express Shipping which was supposed to be shipped and received in 2- 4 business days. The representative I spoke with noted she had no explanation why the products were not shipped yet, they were in stock and should have gone out in one or two days with express shipping. She contacted her supervisor and the supervisor could not offer any explanation why the item located in the warehouse had not shipped and said it was up to the warehouse to determine when they will ship and sometimes will take two weeks if they ship it. I asked to cancel the order and for a refund. They said the items definitely had not shipped yet but may have processed and the supervisor wasn't certain what her options were. I heard nothing back at all and contact at end of business day on Monday, September 11. This time I spoke with a Supervisor and the account was actually worse. She indicated she has no ability to contact the warehouse directly, this is where the item is being stored and shipped from. She said the warehouse did not respond to her e-mail request from Friday, September 8 so could provide no further update. She said they cannot be contacted by phone. The item should NOT have been allowed to be purchased with Express Shipping, the Supervisor acknowledges this, but affirmed unless their warehouse gets back with her, there is nothing she can do to cancel my order or refund, pretty much saying you gave us $70.00 and you will likely never have anything to show for it and nothing **************** or the company can do about it. I have no confidence this vendor knows what it is going on and if I will ever get the product (nor do they) and instead want to cancel the order and get refunded .

    I continue to receive spam emails from them even though I have unsubscribed several times and even contacted customer support.
