    I went for a oil change and jiffy lube, broke my housing unit oil filter, the oil cap. Causing me to have 2 leave it there. Get a rental. While they was suppose to fix it. When I got my car back which was 2 weeks later they said they fixed it. And they will reimburse me for all my troubles. They also told me I can take it up to lexus and get it fix they will pay for it. They never gave me a time frame. So I had family stuff going on didn't have time to take it up there at the time. And haven't really been driving the car. I was driving my other car. Within the months my oil was leaking and I still had problems steming from what they did. I didnt have the money to take it to lexus to have it fix and get reimbursed. I reached out to **** from ****** lube in email to see if I can take it and got no response. I also tried to call him several times with no call back. I took my car to PEP Boys to check it out and they said all the same stuff was going on since it came from jiffy lube. That's when I proceeded to reach out to jiffy lube again and tell I'm taking it up 2 lexus at this point. I took it up there and they said that the things that they broke its what jiffy lube broke. Reached out to **** and now they saying because a long time there not paying for anything. Even tho they said the was. I've been trying 2 contact them all with in this time b4 I took it to lexus. Now ***** gets in touch with them and **** was being nasty and they said they not paying now because I took 2 long. And I drove the car and could have broke it. I have to pay everything out my pocket. And it's steming from what jiffy lube broke. They never really fix the problem when they had it and now they don't want to pay.

    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Yall admitted that yall broke my oil housing unit. It was never broke until I took it to ur company. Also the manager **** told me to take it to lexus even after you claim to hve fixed the problem, I had this issue going on and on. And it is from when you all broke it. And I didn't have the money to take it to lexus when u told me to. And **** said he would reimburse me. So. Now that I did hve the money to get it fix. Do to the damages that you all did. Now you all don't want to pay, far as me reaching out. I reached out before a year of me going and never got a response, I emailed and call. I talk with a ****** which said that he would get **** to get in touch with me and never did. That was 1 month after it happened. Then I had to go bck to school. And left the car with my mother. So yea it would have miles on it. But yall really need to pay because this was a ongoing problem that yall created.

    I took my car to jiffy lube on January 7th 2022 to have an oil change. At that time I thought I was working with some competent individuals but I did not find out until October 28th when my oil light came on and I took it back to jiffy lube. I was told by one of the workers that my car was bone dry that the sticker on my car did not match my license plate and and that the mileage was also incorrect. Not to mention that they stated on My paperwork to bring the vehicle back for another oil change at **** mi. The sticker on the car stated that the customer requested *****. That was not a request that I ever made. Since they put the wrong sticker on my car and the wrong mileage on the paperwork, I'm not confident that they did anything right not even sure if they actually change my oil for that matter. I spoke with The franchise manner of that particular store and he told me to take it to a mechanic have them check it out and to get back with him. On November 7th I took it to ****'s ****** Auto and he did an oil change for me at that time he checked with Chrysler and they told him that my oil change should be every ***** mi. I called back and spoke with **** the franchise owner and told him about everything and he was very nonchalant about the whole situation and told me that was nothing he could do. I'm looking for some type of compensation for the oil change and for my aggravation and pain that I suffered because of this ordeal. If My oil light had never come on I would never have been aware of the fact that my car was bone dry. Under those circumstances I could have blown my engine.
