    Acs west along with our townhouse association have provided fraudulent hoa documents to their residents. Land covenants in ************************* have not been followed, and worse ACS west has allowed documents with a fraudulent notary as well as a missing corporate seal to be provided to residents in order to strip them from their rights and much needed repairs to home. Tree damage alone could be into the hundreds of thousands of dollars due to neglect and fraudulent paperwork.

    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    In response to the businesses claiming this report is LIBELOUS, I would like for business to review the definition of libelous and all governing documents, especially the ones with notary fraud and missing corporate seal with Assocation Lawyer as all documents will be forwarded to him for review as well. This is withing my rights as I am a member of Windsor Park Townhouses Assocation.

    The complainant is not a customer. She also has made statements that my client or myself have committed fraud. There is no evidence of this so there is nothing that can be done to cure the complaint.

    Hi!!

     

    I am trying to respond to my latest complaint message asking me to prove that I am a customer of ****************** Park ********************. This is a copy of my maintenance agreement filed in Henrico County Courthouse. 

     

    I'm not sure if this will suffice or you want other documents?

     

    I will follow up with a call this am. Also ALL of my certified mail to ACS West is being refused, my mail to ***************************** registered agent is also being refused. 

     

    I tried to hand deliver complaints to ACS west, they refuse to sign for them even though our documents say that they will accept them.

    Hello,

     

    I wanted to send more documentation in reference to me being a customer of ****************** Park ********************. These are recent meeting notes from Windsor Park Townhouses where my name and address are referenced. ************************* from ACS west was absent at this meeting, but ************************************* from ACS west was present at this meeting. 

     Here are some screen shots of my bank statements showing Windsor Park. This is not a complete listing of all of my payments to them as I have been living here since the 90's as an owner and since the 80's when my father purchased this home, the deed is in my name now. I am unable to get a complete statement from acs west on my total amount paid to date.

     

    Hopefully this will be sufficient to prove that I am a customer or whatever.
